Bio:

Tabi Upton is a speaker, writer, and cohost of the show "Mornings with Tom and Tabi" on 88.9 FM Moody Radio Chattanooga, heard from 6-9am EST on weekdays. She is also a daily host on Urban Praise Radio, an online gospel station owned by Moody Radio.

She received her BA in Psychology from Biola University and a MA in Professional Counseling from Colorado Christian University. She lived for two years in Senegal, West Africa as a Peace Corps volunteer. She practiced as a licensed professional counselor prior to transitioning to Christian media, working with children and families affected by mental illness and emotional difficulties. She spent several years contracting with the US military as a Military Family Life Counselor on bases in Europe and the Caribbean.

Tabi leads a group of single Christian women called WOW, Women of Wisdom, where she inspires them to enjoy happiness-enhancing activities and to live full and passionate lives in Christ-loving community with each other. She attends The Crossing Church in Chattanooga and has served in various capacities there. She loves to garden, travel, read, meet new friends, watch foreign films and nature documentaries, and encourage others.
