SCWN’s mission is to encourage, equip, and energize today’s Christian working women to live their faith in the world.

Encourage

Create an environment of fellowship where communication, affirmation, and caring are promoted.

Equip

Provide resources, prayer, training, and an atmosphere in which relationships may develop and grow in order to produce changed lives.

Energize

Create an atmosphere where motivation, inspiration and active participation are instilled in Christian women so that they make a difference for Christ.

SCWN’s Vision

To fulfill Christ’s mission by encouraging women with a sense of belonging to God and each other; equipping women to develop spiritual maturity and to become all they are to be in Christ; and energizing women to bless others with the love, grace and truth of Jesus Christ.

Founded in 1994, SCWN is a non-profit ministry designed to encourage, equip, and energize Christian business and professional women to reflect Jesus Christ in their world!  Our Vision is to fulfill Christ's mission by encouraging women with a sense of belonging to God and each other; equipping women to develop spiritual maturity and to become all they are to be in Christ; and energizing women to bless others with the love, grace and truth of Jesus Christ.

Our ministry consists of Bible Study during lunch in the Marketplace; luncheons held on the fourth Thursday of the month at Mountain City Club with inspirational Christian speakers; an intercessory prayer ministry; weekly emails from the Executive Director providing updates, announcements and a short meditation.
